Property Accountant - Coral Gables, FL
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
This is an onsite position with no relocation, remote, or property manager roles.
Responsibilities- Work directly with the CPA firm, CFO, and Controller.
- Oversee a team of 7-8 Property Accountants.
- Handle many ad‑hoc projects for the Family Office of the Principal.
- Will not be involved in the financial statement close process.
- Immediate promotion to Controller upon successful completion of this role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate property accounting (multi‑family sector).
- Proficiency in property accounting software such as YARDI and Entrata.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
