• 3 to 5+ years of Public Accounting tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's preferred or in progress
• Experience preparing complex individual, corporate and partnership tax returns
• Confidence managing client engagements, budgets and deadlines
• Fast progression opportunities for those ready to take on more responsibility
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days from home
• Busy season typically 45 to 55 hours maximum
• Twice yearly bonuses, generous PTO and Christmas shutdown
• Extra days off around April 15, July 4 and Thanksgiving
