* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Conduct in-depth assessments of current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
* Design and implement scalable, future-state processes aligned with business goals.
* Define and lead operational excellence strategies across business units.
* Build standardized toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks for enterprise-wide use.
* Use data analysis and KPIs to monitor performance and track ROI of key initiatives.
* Develop dashboards and tools to drive data-driven decision-making and accountability.
* Deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment of improvement efforts.
* Facilitate workshops and change management activities, including training and stakeholder engagement.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational agility.
** Qualifications and

Educational Requirements:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or process improvement roles.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in complex organizations.
* Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
* Strong data analysis and executive communication skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and across departments.
