Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet patients as they arrive, check them in, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
The candidate should also be proficient in English and conversant Spanish
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent patient experience
Check patients in
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
