The firm is seeking a Registered Architect licensed in the State of Florida to serve as the Director of the Architectural Department. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in architectural design and construction documents production, along with the ability to manage and oversee projects, lead the architectural team and work with clients.
Qualifications:- Registered Architect, licensed in the State of Florida
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design, production, and management
- Strong hands-on experience in architectural design, construction documents and construction administration.
- Experience managing projects and leading or coordinating architectural staff
- Coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
