Spanish Teacher

School Faculty - Elementary - St. Theresa Catholic School

St. Theresa Catholic School in Coral Gables, Florida is looking for a dynamic and qualified Spanish Teacher to teach at the elementary level for the coming 2025-26 school year. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program for Spanish students. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Archdiocese of Miami and St.

Theresa Catholic School. Salary is commensurate with certification and years of experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or subject related field.
• Master’s degree in Spanish preferred.
• Florida Department of Education certificate in Spanish K-12, temporary or professional required.
• The ability to integrate Catholic worldview with the subject.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to work with a variety of students, parents, and staff as a team member.
• Must have clear and concise communications with students and parents.
• Demonstrated Apple and technology skills needed to use digital books and interactive classroom technology.
• Ability to integrate technology into the subjects.
• Proficiency in MS and Google apps.
• Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Must conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the tenets of the Catholic Church.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
