Overview
Architectural Project Manager - Municipal at Woolpert – Coral Gables, FL. This role supports the PMO Discipline and leads municipal projects and multi-disciplinary teams. In-person/hybrid work arrangements are available. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

What You Will Do- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables prepared by team members (fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, contracts).
- Resolve issues impacting project objectives.
- Lead or support scope and budget/pricing development for proposals and dynamic project planning.
- Support client relationships and business development in support of the strategic business plan.
- Act as key internal contact for communication.
- Identify plan vs. actual performance variances.
- Promote Bermello Ajamil and Woolpert as industry leaders to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Market Leads to negotiate project schedule, fee, scope, and contract terms for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Identify and resolve project issues impacting client goals, objectives, and satisfaction.
- Define and communicate client needs and expectations; ensure continuous stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
- Experience with Public/Municipal studios/sub-markets is required: local communities, public agencies or government projects. Municipal experience may include Parks & Rec, Aquatic Centers, Municipal Office, or Senior Center Design.
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Active Professional Registration (NCARB) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ related industry experience.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to facilitate technical discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, risk management, and communication skills for internal and external relationships.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on project data.
- Travel up to 20% for local, regional, and national clients and projects.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Range: $118,200 - $177,400 USD
