• Familiarity with specification writing
• Performing field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects
• Coordinating with other disciplines
• Developing calculations for Plumbing system sizing
• Thorough knowledge of local Plumbing Codes
• Understanding work planning and manage the design process to the available hours in the plan
• Ability to meet with clients and work with contractors
• Oversee deliverables to and from clients
• Take ownership of assignments and work both independently and as part of the project team

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit
• Strongly motivated, well organized, and shows professional initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative team member
• Previous experience in designing Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education and Laboratory projects is a plus
• PE License strongly preferred
