Identify risks and develop competitive cost models
Support technical and cost proposals for P3 infrastructure projects

Requirements

Civil Engineering experience (required)
Roadway/highway operations experience (required)
FDOT familiarity (preferred)
Experience with Bluebeam
Exposure to AI tools
Estimating and bidding experience (preferred)
