Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Provide top-notch customer service, assist clients on the floor, and maintain an inviting, organized environment.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure the floor is fully equipped with necessary products.

Facility Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and clean common areas, treatment rooms, and waiting areas to maintain a pristine environment that reflects the spa's high standards.

Laundry Duties:
Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.

Service Maintenance:
Help maintain and ensure the functionality of equipment and service areas, keeping them in line with our high-quality standards.

Event Support:
Support special events, promotions, or client appreciation days by preparing the space, coordinating materials, and providing additional on-the-floor assistance as needed.

Support for Practitioners:
Assist estheticians, medical staff, and therapists with setting up and breaking down rooms between appointments to maintain a smooth workflow.

Mail Handling:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is what matters most!
