Our firm has been engaged by a leading wealth management organization in Coral Gables to identify an experienced Financial Advisor for a salaried advisory position. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a structured advisor training program, are fully licensed, and have hands‑on experience servicing and expanding an existing book of clients.

The client firm offers a stable base salary combined with a competitive revenue payout, creating an attractive opportunity for advisors who are ready to transition into a role focused on originating and building their own book—without starting from scratch.

The ideal candidate comes from an environment where they were assigned a book of business to service, retain, and grow. Advisors from these roles typically do not bring a large portable client following, but they do bring a strong foundation in planning, relationship management, and client service.

Because of this background, the selected candidate will be able to contribute more quickly than a new trainee who still needs licensing, training, and onboarding.
