We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Accounting Specialist to manage complex, full-cycle accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience directly supporting executive financial leadership, such as a CFO, Controller, or Assistant Controller
, and will thrive in a high-autonomy environment.

Experience with in Client Accounting Services (CAS) is a significant advantage.

This role requires a proven ability to manage all critical financial operations, often spanning multiple entities or clients.

• Full-Cycle Accounting Leadership: Comfortably manage the end-to-end accounting process for various entities with minimal oversight.
• Executive Communication: Serve as a key financial communicator, engaging directly and effectively with executives and company leadership.
• Autonomy & Judgment: Operate with a high degree of independence, exercising expert judgment in financial decision-making and process implementation.

Drawing on high-level experience, you will lead typical Controller and CAS functions, including:

• Financial Reporting: Lead the month-end close process and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements

• Financial Planning: Conduct and manage forecasting & budgeting activities.
• Process Implementation: Design and implement robust financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and control.
• Operational Oversight: Manage or oversee critical transactional functions, including AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable), and payroll oversight
  .

• Experience Level: A minimum of five (5) years of high-level, relevant accounting experience is required.
• Leadership Background: Demonstrated experience supporting a CFO or holding titles such as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• CAS Experience (Highly Preferred): Prior experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS), where you acted as an outsourced or fractional accounting department for various clients.
