Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
- Post-procedure skin care and medical-grade product applications.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment notes and histories.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and state licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with medical staff, injectors, and wellness professionals to provide integrated treatment plans.
- Contribute to the growth of the spa by promoting memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis and corrective skincare treatments.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a results-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Current Florida Esthetician License (required).
- 2+ years of hands-on esthetic experience in a spa or med spa environment Required.
