This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hairdresser at Red Carpet Salon, located in Coral Gables, FL. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing professional hair care and styling services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, performing haircuts, hair styling, and treatments, as well as ensuring excellent customer experiences. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards in the salon is also essential.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care techniques
- Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and trends
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive client experience
- State cosmetology license or certification as required
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous salon experience is a plus
