We are seeking a passionate leader with a strong commitment to operational excellence and attention to detail, responsible for supporting and overseeing the Housekeeping operation, ensuring the impeccable presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Housekeeping leadership roles within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven experience managing guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong knowledge of room inspection procedures, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance.
• Experience leading teams, managing productivity, labor planning, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, HotSOS, or similar hotel management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
