Talent Manager
The Role
As the Recruiter, you will play an active role in the entire candidate lifecycle, owning and managing a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels. You'll collaborate closely with sales leaders, serving as the secondary customer contact during Kickoffs, Calibrations, and Debrief meetings to understand client staffing needs and establish job requirements. Utilizing customer data, you'll proactively source and attract candidates through compelling outreach efforts, building a robust network.
Additionally, you'll conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide comprehensive evaluations to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. Through data analysis, you'll gain insights into metrics, supporting stakeholders with valuable information to optimize hiring strategies.
In the role as a Recruiter, you will proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, leveraging customer data to identify top talent.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and serve as a secondary contact for hiring managers during key meetings to establish job requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations.
- Oversee the entire recruiting process, integrating customer requirements throughout sourcing, outreach, screening, and submission.
- Partner with the customer experience team to define talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Support the development of sourcing plans and tactics with recruiters, researchers, and customer teams.
- Build and maintain external networks by actively sourcing both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and document candidate screenings.
- Use data to analyze, track, and support metrics for stakeholders.
- Communicate search progress, tactics, market talent supply, and candidate fit with hiring managers during meetings.
- Create search overview reports for clients, including market intelligence and activity summaries.
- Compile weekly lifecycle metrics and achievement against goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
- Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital
- 2 - 7 years of recruiting & human resources experience
- Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment would be ideal
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
- Pride in delivering quality work, every time
- Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
