Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of talent and culture programs using psychometric tools
Deliver and facilitate talent development programs, ensuring engagement and effectiveness
Build partnerships with HR and business leaders to drive the adoption of assessment-based programs
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in talent management, assessment, or organizational psychology
Master's or PhD in I / O Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience designing and implementing assessment tools and competency models
Experience managing impactful talent and culture programs at scale
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders in complex organizations
