Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technology & Digital

Requirements Must have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Proven experience with Service Now Solutions.
• Solid project management skills and knowledge.
• Experience in developing IT and cloud infrastructure.
• Current understanding of system security best practices.
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
• Advanced comprehension of business analysis techniques and processes.
• Professional background in analyzing computer hardware and software.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Design and detail the architecture of Service Now solutions, delivering estimations for technology projects.
• Collaborate with other architects and designers across various disciplines to define cost‑effective and efficient designs.
• Excel in planning, communication, and driving architecture, engineering, and infrastructure while enhancing technology performance and availability.
• Analyze current technologies in use and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document and track requirements needed to implement proposed updates.
• Work closely with Tech and Digital teams to ensure project hardware is available and functioning properly.
• Propose a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.
• Anticipate project challenges related to constraints such as risks, time, resources, and scope.
• Collaborate with project and product management teams to monitor initiative progress.
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions and define clear goals for all project aspects.
