RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules
- Reverse engineering and document existing Salesforce security configurations to establish baseline controls and identify gaps
- Analyze and optimize security settings to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate access requirements into technical security controls
- Conduct security audits and assessments of user permissions, field-level security, and object-level access
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including access control matrices and configuration guides
- Support incident response activities related to unauthorized access or permission escalation issues
- Experience with Salesforce security tools and metadata analysis
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD settings)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and least-privilege access principles
- Strong analytical skills for reverse engineering complex permission structures
- Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce configuration best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
