SAP Business Analyst

Job Title:

Business Analyst (SAP IS-U / FICA)

Coral Gables, FL (Remote with up to 25% travel)

6-12 Month contract with the potential to extend

This role supports a major Customer Service Transition Project which involves migrating from a legacy mainframe system to SAP IS-U and FICA. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, training end‑users and providing reporting solutions throughout the migration process.

• Strong hands‑on experience with both SAP IS-U and FICA modules
• Prior data validation and training experience required
• Utility industry experience required

• Train CSRs on SAP IS‑U and FICA functionalities
• Provide guidance on validating migrated data effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for functional support questions
• Develop and execute reports to quality‑check manual data conversion validations
• Create custom reports or queries in SAP to verify data accuracy post‑conversion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements for efficiency
• Document processes and maintain training materials for ongoing support

• Strong knowledge of SAP IS‑U and FICA modules
• Experience in data migration validation and report building within SAP
• Proficiency in creating custom queries/reports in SAP
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
