NetSuite Senior Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly effective Net Suite Support Specialist to join our Net Suite team remotely full-time. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to respond to and resolve support requests from clients and as needed, identify and route consulting / development requests to the appropriate team members. This candidate must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, be capable of multitasking and managing projects, and have prior help-desk experience.

This candidate will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set as well as be comfortable training users.

• Respond to support requests within the contracted response time
• Track and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing system
• Troubleshoot issues in Net Suite and related products
• Experience interacting with Net Suite Support
• Gather client requirements and document functional specifications
• Perform system testing and client end user training
• Create / troubleshoot financial statements using Net Suite
• Troubleshoot and support Net Suite applications and add-ons
• Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
• Strong financial / accounting background
• Understand inventory, distribution & manufacturing concepts

• 2-4+ years working with Net Suite in a support or consulting capacity
• At least one (1) year working in a help-desk role
• Suite Foundation Certification required
• Net Suite Administrator Certification required
• Net Suite ERP Consultant Certification preferred
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, distribution and One World. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of business processes including :
  Order to Cash;
  Procure to Pay;
  Fixed Assets;
  Record to Report Suite Billing ;
  Revenue Management / ARM
• Experience with Net Suite Suite Flow & Advanced Approvals preferred
• Experience supporting Net Suite integrated applications (Banking / ACH, Avalara, Concur, BILL, RF Smart, etc.)
• Ability to review, understand, analyze middleware integration logs (i.e. Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
• Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance
• Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent preferred
• Net Suite certifications listed in qualifications
