Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work effectively with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality software
• Stakeholder / User focused and can empathize with the users of our products and what they are trying to accomplish
• Create and maintain user stories, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and testable
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team
• Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders, including non-technical ones
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software
• Comfortable in an Agile Environment and Participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives
• Problem-solver and a go-getter who isn't afraid to dive into projects and get your hands dirty
• Articulate clearly, both written and orally, to build consensus, communicate ideas and deliver on-time

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in an agile environment
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of requirements management tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA or Trello
• Experience in data analysis and modeling is a plus
