Compensation: $40-60 per hour

Sherlock Talent is seeking a BI Analyst who will be responsible for Data Warehouse and non-Data Warehouse BI Systems Development with Diver Platform knowledge. Must be able to assess and cultivate strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end-users, managers, clients, and stakeholders. Huge plus if you have Healthcare, Cerner, and Tableau experience. Strong project management skills and experience in all stages of the development life cycle required.

• Main responsibility is to strategically design and implement BI applications, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes gathering requirements, selecting, blueprinting, designing, testing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users.
• Verify test data to ensure data reliability and integrity within and between applications are carried out to BI/DW applications.
• Create reports and report templates.
• Design, code, extract, manipulate, and load into a data model/data warehouse.
• Troubleshoot BI tool problems and tune for performance.
• Analyze and validate data and document all new or modified BI systems.
• Validate data accuracy and build reconciliation processes as needed.
• Design and deliver end-user training and training materials.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must have knowledge of relational Database Management and Data Warehouse Architecture.
• Experience in BI Tools such as Diver Platform and Tableau.
• Experience in Clinical and Healthcare IT preferred.
• Cerner database software experience a huge plus.
