OUR SHARED PATH TO SUCCESSIf you are passionate about your career and are looking for a long-term place to grow, then we want to meet you. GEMRT is a growing public accounting firm based out of Coral Gables and is looking for career-minded professionals ready to help shape the future of how our firm works. Our formula is simple: great people + engaging work + compelling leadership = a fantastic place to work.
We are creating a brand-new role for someone who is passionate about AI and excited to put it to work solving real problems. We have been growing over the last few years and are now a firm of about 85+ people, so there is enormous opportunity to make an impact across every corner of the firm. As our first AI Enablement Lead, you'll be the person our teams call when they have an AI need.
This role will help turn AI from something people are curious about into something that measurably improves our work, our client service, and our teammates' day-to-day.
This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role that sits at the intersection of builder, educator, and trusted advisor. There's no team beneath you for now, so you'll wear every hat while partnering closely with leadership, IT, and team leads across the firm. There is definitely potential for growth in this role as this is a new department and initiative of the firm.
