We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with three or more years of experience to join our team. Job Summary: As an Attorney at our firm, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, and provide strategic counsel on a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, experience managing cases independently, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements
  • Advise clients on legal and business transactions with sound judgment and clarity
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client decision-making
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Maintain compliance with all legal standards and ethical obligations
  • Manage case files and administrative duties related to legal practice

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation, business law, or a relevant specialty
  • Proficiency in preparing legal documents and managing complex caseloads
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
