We are looking to add an Accountant to our firm with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate looking to expand their skill set and gain experience with a U.S. law firm with a sophisticated international practice.

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO OUR OFFICE. Our firm’s practice areas include Real Estate Transactions; and Corporate and Transactional Law.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.
• Works well under pressure.

• Accounts Receivable follow-up.
• Accounts Payable via wire transfer, credit card, bank to bank transfer and check.
• Billing of professional time involving reviewing and editing time entries and descriptions and generating draft invoices for review.
• Entry and allocation of receipts in payment of invoices.
• Bank account reconciliations.
• Updating database of client s companies information.
