• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation (contracts, business torts, partnership disputes).
• Draft complaints, answers, discovery, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements.
• Take and defend depositions; conduct mediations and court hearings.
• Perform targeted legal research and craft case strategy with senior counsel and clients.
• Manage discovery (requests, ESI coordination, privilege reviews).
• Evaluate litigation risks and propose resolution pathways.
• Track developments in Florida commercial litigation to refine tactics.

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Florida Bar required and in good standing.
• Organized, detail-focused, and confident with client communication.

• Early stand-up experience and front-line advocacy.
