We are seeking a Partner-level Attorney with 5+ years of general liability experience and a desire to build and grow a team. The role is a profit‑sharing Partner position with an entrepreneurial, high‑performing culture, mentoring responsibilities, and close collaboration with our Chair of General Liability.

• Lead and grow the General Liability practice team.
• Act as a mentor and foster growth within the team.
• Provide excellent client service and develop new business.
• Collaborate closely with the Chair of General Liability and our in‑house Business Development/Marketing team.

• Partner‑level attorney with at least 5+ years of general liability practice.
• Driven, entrepreneurial spirit and high‑performance mindset.
• Experience in building and managing a legal team.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
