Full‑time Probate/Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney for a dynamic Coral Gables Firm. Flexible hybrid schedule open for discussion.

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong research and writing skills—draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, contracts
• Well‑organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self‑starter and able to work independently

• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up‑to‑date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings
• Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
• Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals

Attorney Compensation: $135,000 per year, negotiable.
