Job DescriptionAttorneys at our firm play a vital role in overseeing the full lifecycle of personal injury cases—from initial filing to final verdict. We specialize in serious and catastrophic injury matters, and our attorneys are expected to deliver exceptional service while focusing exclusivelyroke high-level legal work. They are supported by dedicated teams that handle administrative and non-legal tasks, allowing attorneys to do what only attorneys should do.
Key Responsibilities- Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses
- Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes
- Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions
- Conduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositions
- Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
- Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed
- Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation
Salary: 95K-160K(basedonexperience)
