• Meeting with clients to discuss their case

• Showing compassion and empathy

• Earning the trust, confidence and respect of clients

• Providing clients with updates

• Communicating with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers

• Attending hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations

• Full-time availability

• 2+ years of litigation experience

• First Party Property Damage experience (preferred)

• Membership of the Florida Bar and in good standing

• Experience in evaluating claims

• Superb negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving

• Team-oriented mindset
