This position is primarily remote. Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in‑person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow.
We offer- Base salary: $150k+
- Bonus:
Generous, performance‑based, and reflective of your time with the firm, quality of work, time management, and case outcomes. - Benefits:
Packages for lawyers are $12,686–$23,524/year (health insurance, 401(k), long‑term disability plan, dues and subscriptions to The Florida Bar and other bar associations, seminars, webinars, maternity/paternity leave). The range depends on pension plan contributions and bar dues which vary with years of experience and earnings.
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Honors distinction from undergraduate or law school (preferred).
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- A commitment to civil practice.
- Clerking for a magistrate or federal judge.
- Experience with the U.S. Attorney’s Office or Federal Public Defender.
