Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for multi‑site performance of cleaning services. The role supervises custodians staff, provides training, controls supply inventory, and collaborates with customer personnel to address service issues. The Project Manager also oversees inspections, quality control, scheduling of periodic work, and inventory control of equipment and supplies at the account(s).
Compensation: $50,000‑$52,000 annual salary. Salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. You may be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program.

Schedule: Mon‑Fri 7:00‑15:30 & weekends/nights as needed.
Essential Duties- Leads custodians on a day‑to‑day basis to ensure that services are performed as contracted.
- Interacts with customer contacts daily to obtain feedback on services.
- Evaluates and monitors routine work and projects regarding progress.
- Ensures the follow‑through of corrective action plans to guarantee satisfactory resolution of customer complaints and needs.
- Plans, develops and prioritizes projects and weekly work plans.
- Implements and manages the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs.
- Oversees projects from concept to completion.
- Provides direction and information to zone managers and staff.
- Coordinates execution of work within client environments with minimal disruption.
- Manages and maintains facility management tasks as assigned.
- Contributes to a safe work environment by participating in safety calls, training, and being prepared to act during emergencies.
- Works weekends and nights as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to build and lead teams.
- Highly organized.
- High energy level with strong commitment to service quality.
- Familiar with floor care procedures.
- Minimum 1‑3 years of operational experience managing hourly and supervisory personnel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
- Experience in a custodial or hotel setting is a plus.
