A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the execution and oversight of a large-scale federal program.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and oversight of integrated program schedules and work plans
- Monitor and control program resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and contractual compliance
- Coordinate across functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business management, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong understanding of government regulations and project execution
- Proven ability to manage large-scale government or public-sector programs
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
