As a Server Assistant (Busser) at Mika, you play a key support role on the front-of-house team. You’ll work closely with servers and management to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining room environment. Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help ensure the highest standards of service are delivered at all times.

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floor.

• Refill water glasses, replace silverware, and anticipate guest needs without being asked.

• Support the flow of service by running food and communicating with the server team.

• Handle glassware, dishware, and table settings with care and attention to cleanliness.

• Assist with preparing tables for service (polishing glassware, folding napkins, etc.).

• Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism.

• Work collaboratively with all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience.

• Previous experience as a busser or support staff in a fast‑paced or fine dining environment preferred.

• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

• Team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
