The Server Assistant position involves:

• Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef’s features, and identifying wines in accordance with Perry’s food and beverage training.
• Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly.
• Informing managers of any special accommodations, such as food allergies, before reporting to the kitchen.
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables and the dining area around guests, and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
