An upscale senior living community is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and handle food items for residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in quantity cooking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include estimating food quantities, maintaining sanitation standards, and following dietary requirements. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A culinary school background is preferred but not mandatory.
