Position Overview:
Seasonal Selling Associate The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

Cash Wrap

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”

Processing and Replenishment

• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock

Floorset Activity

• Execute floorset proficiently
• Understand and adhere to brand standards
• Assist in maintenance of back room and under stock

• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recover and replenish merchandise

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks

Minimum Salary: $15.00

Maximum Salary: $18.25

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
