We are thrilled to be further expanding our team in Merrick Park and are now on the hunt for a passionate and driven Boutique Stylist to join our fun and vibrant team on a Full-time basis.

You will be someone who relishes in such surroundings, and tackles it with a fearless, outgoing personality. The Boutique Stylist will be self-motivated, but will also be motivating to the wider business.

They will be able to perform the role of a calming influencer, styling goddess as well as being a strategic thinker. Previous experience in a premium retailer is a must!

• Maintain an angelic level of service to our retail customers
• Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members
• Be a styling icon
• Understand the retail operations of the Boutique
• Be a CAMILLA brand ambassador and role model, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly
• Implement innovative approaches to meeting growing customer demand
• Previous experience as in a high fashion Retail Boutique
• Be passionate about styling, clienteling and overall be able to create long term relationships with customers
• Meet financial, operational and service KPIs
• A natural leader that can lead by example to fellow Boutique Stylists
• Expand the CAMILLA customer reach, through creative business development
• Be interested in their own development and be passionate about growth in their position
• Have an angelic energy that translates into their service style and approach
• Be proactive and innovative in their role
