The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers and connecting them with appropriate associates. The role supports store teams during the busy seasonal period and reports to a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
- Work in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Address escalated issues by connecting customers with management and follow up on customer requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
