This full-time, on-site opportunity is built for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and wants a professional environment where effort and follow-through matter.
You will help people who are reviewing health coverage and life benefit options by:
- Starting warm, professional conversations
- Learning what the individual is looking for
- Coordinating the appropriate next step
- Keeping follow-up clear and organized
Training is provided, and prior insurance experience is not required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, recruiting, and other people-facing backgrounds can translate well.
First-year earning potential generally ranges from $70,000 to $100,000. Earning potential grows with performance in this independent contractor role, with strong results opening the door to greater client and leadership responsibility.
