Security Officer- Bilingual English​/Spanish

• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and property at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
• Manage access control, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate incidents or suspicious activity.
• Enforce company policies, document irregularities, and handle trespassing situations professionally.
• Assist with traffic management and access control as needed.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities.
• Monitor building systems and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on security systems and equipment.

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
• Proficient in computer use with strong report-writing ability
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
