Instructor Fitness Parttime

Job Summary:

As a Tru Fusion Group Fitness Instructor your main responsibility is to deliver safe, branded Tru Fusion classes according to the standard guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide our members through the classes that you teach.
• Maintain brand integrity which will be monitored by teacher evaluations and reporting on class utilization and member retention.
• Work closely with the National Director of Fitness to identify areas of improvement, opportunities and build a community within the studio.
• Ensure your continuous professional growth and development, by way of receiving and adhering structured feedback from Leads / Directors.
• Ensure the increased utilization of your classes.
• Required to check all communication platforms including Subsync, Email, Groupme, and Fitgrid in order to streamline clear communication between Director and instructor.
• Be a brand ambassador and support the fusion of all TOFF brands within the Tru Fusion network.
• Additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Share the same core values as Tru Fusion and is passionate about business success.
• At least 1 + years of teaching experience in Fitness

Preferred Qualifications

• Fitness: completion of relevant Tru Fusion modality training.
