We’re currently hiring a year‑round Fitness & Pool Attendant who is friendly, dependable, and passionate about hospitality. We’re seeking a proactive team player who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, and thrives in a service‑oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our fitness center and aquatic areas. Responsibilities include assisting members with equipment, monitoring pool safety, and ensuring facilities are well‑maintained and inviting.

Please note:

This is a year‑round position. We are not accepting applications for seasonal or summer‑only availability.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness center and pool areas throughout the day.
• Greet and assist members with general fitness and aquatic‑related inquiries.
• Present yourself in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner at all times.
• Provide basic information about fitness classes, training options, and general club offerings.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

• Ensure the fitness and aquatic areas are clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Assist members with equipment questions and general facility navigation.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and polite, professional behavior.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
• Have reliable transportation to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Interest in fitness is preferred to better assist members.
• CPR/AED certification is required, if you don’t have it, training is provided.
• Previous work experience is preferred but not required.
