Extremely busy 5 person OB/GYN group looking to add another physician. All candidates will be considered, however female candidates are encouraged to apply. Nice, collegial working atmosphere, great office staff. Beautiful office and seems very well run!

Spanish speaking would be a huge plus, but not required

They have ER contracts with 2 major hospitals in the area which will generate a lot of new patients for you immediately.
Only deliver babies at 1 area hospital. Expected call schedule 1 out of every 5 weekends for ER and one day during the week, Plus cover an OB clinic area hospital district
-so once per week at the OB clinic. Again, this is a super busy practice plus scheduled office visits.

There may be an option for prenatal care for indigent patients too. This group averages 90 deliveries per month so will be busy super quickly. Many procedures done in office, great & well experienced staff.

At hospital, On-Site C-Section Surgical Suites - If surgery is needed, our state-of-the-art C-section surgical suites are located within the labor/delivery unit.

24-Hour Level II Neonatal Unit - its own Level II Neonatal Unit. The unit is staffed on a 24-hour basis by neonatologists and highly skilled nurses who can provide expert care for any baby needing special attention, for high-risk cases or in the event that complications arise. They are also part of a large OB Management company so their contracts are great for reimbursement.

They offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. Competitive base salary plus Incentives plan too. They will cover malpractice insurance the first 2 years for new grads. 2/3 years Salaried position and then eligible to become a Shareholder.

Requirements:
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, have a current or pending FL Medical License, have a current & unrestricted DEA, Clean Databank and No current significant malpractice history. MUST BE ABLE TO START THIS YEAR!
