Overview:
This role offers a hands-on clinical experience supporting skilled hand surgeons, with a focus on learning, patient care, and teamwork. Ideal for a motivated, tech-savvy PA with orthopedic interest or experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and assist with treatment planning
• Support outpatient procedures and post-op care
• Participate in office on-call rotation (no nights/weekends)
• Maintain EMR documentation and collaborate with the clinical team
• Provide care for patients ages 8 and older

Qualifications:

• PA-C certification and active FL license (required)
• Orthopedic/hand surgery experience preferred (including rotations)
• 1+ year EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
