CoreResponsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes
Benefits & Compensation
- Administer employee benefits and payroll systems
- Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards
- Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems
Training & Development
- Organize training programs and support career development initiatives
- Track employee progress and gather feedback
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2 or more years in Human Resources with experience with most of the core HR responsibilities listed (required)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Workday, Bamboo
HR, ADP) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in HR, organizational management, or related field)
- Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
