• Manage security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and new business development.
• Coordinate and lead Security Supervisors on site requirements, priorities of work, staffing, scheduling, and training as needed.
• Prepare post orders, ensure operational effectiveness, and support site-level security needs.
• Provide lead direction to teams and collaborate with accounts to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager is a good fit for this position.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, coordinate security operations, and support client service initiatives.
