Weekend Supervisor, Fast Turn Pools

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher company, offers a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. This on‑site position is in the Fast Turn Pools Value Stream at Coralville, IA.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

• Oversee direct reports, including hiring, training, development, performance reviews, and engagement.
• Lead, coach, and demonstrate behaviors consistent with IDT and Danaher core behaviors.
• Act as a liaison for communication between associates and other value streams, including external/customer interface as needed.
• Plan resources for the shift, approve and track time‑off requests and timecards, and collaborate with scheduler on daily priorities.
• Facilitate operations leadership standards (Accident Free, Guaranteed Quality, Compliance Culture, Team Mindset) and build collaborative partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of relevant experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience applying lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual/Daily Management, and Problem Solving.
