• Assume responsibility for patient care and act as an intermediate supervisor when necessary.
• Assess patients' needs, initiate appropriate OT interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Observe and evaluate treatment effect, recommend changes, and notify the physician if required.
• Perform accurate assessment and timely QI scoring for adult and geriatric patients in an adult medical rehabilitation program.
• Evaluate pain interference with function, provide interventions to reduce pain, and contact the physician as needed.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred, but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
